In the field of independent education, Todd has consistently transformed athletic departments as well as internal and external programs into strategic contributors to institutional performance. At Malvern Preparatory School, he served as Assistant Athletic Director and spearheaded External Programs that strengthened community engagement and positively impacted the school's bottom line. Previously, as Athletic Director at The Phelps School, he developed external programming and partnerships that generated new revenue streams, enhanced brand visibility, and built championship programs.
