THIS PROGRAM IS FOR ADVANCED LEVEL PLAYERS​

 

Are you training with a purpose, conducting drills that translate to actual play while competing against your peers? If not, the Performance Academy 2026 Summer Elite Offensive & Defensive Group Training and Play will focus on what you need to improve your overall game.

In each training session, participants will run through a series of advanced, high-tempo skills and drills that lead to competitive play in a controlled environment.

Mondays - June 15, 22, 29, July 6, 13, 20, 27

  • 2:30 -4:00 PM - Girls 2028, 2029, 2030

  • 4:00 - 5:30 PM - Boys 2028, 2029, 2030

  • 5:30 - 7:00 PM - Women's 2026 HS Graduates, 2027 College Commits, Spring 2026 Varsity Starter, Current & Post Collegiate Players

 

Tuesdays - June 16, 23, 30, July 7, 14, 21, 28

  • 2:30 - 4:00 PM - Girls 2031, 2032, 2033

  • 5:30 - 7:00 PM - Women's 2026 HS Graduates, 2027 College Commits, Spring 2026 Varsity Starter, Current & Post-Collegiate Players

  • 2:30-4:00 PM - Girls 2028, 2029, 2030 (ADDED TRAINING SLOT)

  • 4:00-5:30 PM - Girls 2031, 2032, 2033 (ADDED TRAINING SLOT)

  • 5:30- 7:00 PM - Men’s 2026 HS Graduates, 2027 College Commits, Spring 2026 Varsity Starter, Current & Post-Collegiate Players

 

Program Highlights

Attack & Midfield shooting, dodging, footwork, vision, playing with and without the ball, understanding spacing, being efficient with the ball, and much more.

Defense Footwork, approaches, angles, defending picks, communication, on-ball and off-ball play, stick work, shooting, stick protection, and much more

* This program does not offer goalie, faceoff, or draw-specific training, but you are welcome to join.

** This is not box lacrosse
