THIS PROGRAM IS FOR ADVANCED LEVEL PLAYERS
Are you training with a purpose, conducting drills that translate to actual play while competing against your peers? If not, the Performance Academy 2026 Summer Elite Offensive & Defensive Group Training and Play will focus on what you need to improve your overall game.
In each training session, participants will run through a series of advanced, high-tempo skills and drills that lead to competitive play in a controlled environment.

Program Highlights
Attack & Midfield shooting, dodging, footwork, vision, playing with and without the ball, understanding spacing, being efficient with the ball, and much more.
Defense Footwork, approaches, angles, defending picks, communication, on-ball and off-ball play, stick work, shooting, stick protection, and much more
* This program does not offer goalie, faceoff, or draw-specific training, but you are welcome to join.
